Swedish Massage
In a full-body massage, I massage the entire body in a therapeutic environment. Sessions typically last a minimum of 50 minutes which allows enough time to work over all the major areas of the body such as the back, shoulders, legs, feet, arms, hands, and neck.

Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage is best for giving attention to certain painful, stiff "trouble spots" in your body. I practice slow, deliberate strokes that focus pressure on layers of muscles, tendons, or other tissues deep under your skin.

Foot Massage (Swedish Technique)
It is a gentle technique and involves five different styles of strokes, mainly deep circular movements, long strokes, kneading, tapping and or vibration to help relax and energize your feet. Quite often, patients recovering from joint injuries may benefit from taking this massage.

Sports Massage
Sports massage includes different techniques that focus on manipulating the soft tissues of your body to correct imbalance caused by athletic performance. It also helps with recovery and risk of injury.

Aromatherapy
I practice the use of natural oils extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots or other parts of a plant to enhance psychological and physical well-being during a regular full body session.
